I’ve got to hand it to Cedar Ridge. You’ll recall that, in my prior consideration of five of their whiskeys, I bemoaned the comparatively low proof. In September of last year, the distillery announced that their Bourbon, Single Malt and Wheat Whiskeys would be increased in bottling strength from 80 proof (40% ABV) to 86 proof (43% ABV).
