SCAM!!! I had similar experience to others here. Overseas flights cancelled due to covid and took 6 months to get a refund. Airline won't deal with it so you're stuck with Ovago. They took a 30% cut off the refund AND only offered 'vouchers' for a refund. The catch is the vouchers are for $50 per ticket and you have to book through Ovago.....
